King + Company, CPA is a full-service certified public accounting firm founded by Jim King in 1981 and licensed in Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio. We provide corporate and individual audit, tax, and accounting services, primarily to banks, holding companies, manufacturing companies, small businesses and their officers and directors. We also provide forensic accounting, litigation support and business valuation services.

Ronald J. Harris, Jr., CPA, CVA
President
Ronnie Harris, CPA, serves as President of King + Company. Ronnie is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst. His primary area of practice is audit and planning. He also has expertise in business organization, management consulting, and succession planning.
Ronnie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Kentucky Bar Association, the Louisville Bar Association, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. He is also a member of the Leadership Council for the Kentucky Society of CPAs. A native of Louisville, Ronnie is a graduate of the University of Louisville College of Business and the Brandeis School of Law.
Christopher A. Fralick, CPA
Chief Executive Officer
Chris Fralick, CPA, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of King + Company, has been with the company since 1985. He oversees external auditing and preparation of financial statements, internal auditing, compliance auditing, tax preparation, bank call report preparation, loan reviews and the filing of periodic banking reports to the FDIC and Federal Reserve.
Chris is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants. A native of Louisville, Chris graduated from the University of Louisville College of Business.
Amanda J. Drake, MBA
Director – Tax
Amanda Drake joined King + Company in 2006 as a staff accountant and now serves as the Director of Tax focusing on tax services for businesses and individuals, accounting services, compilations and audits.
Amanda received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Sullivan University. She received her Master of Business Administration in 2015. Amanda also has her QuickBooks certification.
David A. James, CRCM
Manager – Compliance
David James joined King + Company in 2002 as a staff accountant and now serves as a Manager of Compliance. He is a member of the audit staff providing services to banks and other clients, including external auditing and preparation of financial statements, internal auditing, compliance auditing, tax preparation, bank call report preparation, and filing periodic banking reports to the FDIC and Federal Reserve.
David received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Indiana University Southeast and also obtained his concentration in Accounting. David received his Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification in 2015.
Jonathan C. Yan, CISA
Manager – Information Technology
Jonathan Yan joined the King + Company team in 2013 as a staff accountant. He is now a Manager of Information Technology and member of the audit staff providing services to banks and other clients, including external auditing and preparation of financial statements, internal auditing, compliance auditing, tax preparation, loan reviews and information security auditing.
Jonathan received his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University. Jonathan was certified as an Information Systems Auditor in 2014.
Heather M. Rattliff
Senior Accountant
Heather Rattliff joined King + Company as a staff accountant in 2000. She now serves as a Senior Accountant in the areas of income tax preparation, financial statement compilation, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Heather is originally from Leitchfield, Kentucky.
Heather received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Transylvania University.
Larry K. Fralick
Staff Accountant
Larry Fralick joined the King + Company team in 2019 as a staff accountant. He is a member of the audit staff providing services to banks, non-profits and other clients, including external and internal auditing, and loan reviews. Larry also assists the tax staff providing tax, accounting and compilation services to businesses and individuals.
Larry received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Louisville.
Haley Peyton
Staff Accountant
Haley joined the King + Company team in 2024 as a staff accountant. She is a member of the tax staff focusing on tax services for businesses and individuals, accounting services including bookkeeping, and compilations.
Haley received her Masters of Science in Accounting from The University of Kentucky. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University. She is currently studying to earn her CPA License.
Jensen Klondike
Staff Accountant
Jensen joined the King + Company team in 2024 as a staff accountant. He is a member of the tax staff focusing on tax services for businesses and individuals, accounting services including bookkeeping, and compilations. Jensen also assists in providing audit services to banks and other business clients.
Jensen received his Bachelor in Accounting and Finance from Bellarmine University, and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Ball State University. He is currently studying to earn his CPA License.
Cody Vaughn
Staff Accountant
Cody joined the King + Company team in 2024 as a staff accountant. He is a member of the tax staff focusing on tax services for businesses and individuals, accounting services including bookkeeping, and compilations.
Cody received his Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Indiana University Southeast. He is currently studying to earn his CPA License.
